The proprietary sizing and cooling system uses water film lubrication and water cooling to accommodate dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE (PP, ABS) tubing. The extruder and the tractor are driven and controlled by the imported brand governor, with good stability, high precision and high reliability.

The whole production line operation and time are programmed by PLC, and a good man-machine interface is set. All process parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen. It can be equipped with a special extruder for marking lines to produce pipes with colored marking lines that meet the requirements of national standards.
