Product Description: The die is composed of upper and lower body. The lower die is equipped with a detachable lip. The upper lip is manually pushed/pulled to adjust the opening size and extend the fine-tuning service life. The surface of the die is plated with hard chrome, and the thickness of the chrome layer on the flow surface is 0.03-0.04 mm, and mirror polishing is performed. The die is made of high quality die steel or imported alloy steel to increase the service life of the mold.
