PP/PS sheet product introduction:
  The sheet production equipment produced by our company consists of extruder, mold, temperature control, three-roll calender, cutting machine and winding device. The mold uses a special double-throttle design to make the sheet thickness adjustment more precise. Temperature control plus or minus 1 °C can accurately control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the sheet. The three-roll calender is vertically or 45-degree tilted. Plate thickness control uses screw adjustment and two-way adjustment of the pressure roller to precisely control the thickness of the plate. The independently controlled roller temperature control system precisely controls the temperature of the roller to make the thickness of the plate uniform. Cutting machine: realize synchronous cutting, and the plate length value is accurate. The winding device adopts an advanced torque motor, which can adjust the speed and the tension of the winding at will.

PP/PS sheet product characteristics and advantages:

     Water resistance: closed cell structure, no water absorption, moisture resistance, good water resistance. Corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, oil, acid, alkali and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting. Processability: no joints, and easy to hot press, cut, glue, fit and other processing. Anti-vibration: high resilience and high tensile strength, strong toughness, and good shock/cushion performance. Insulation: heat insulation, heat preservation and low temperature performance, can withstand severe cold and exposure. Sound insulation: closed cells, good sound insulation. Can be widely used in chemical industry, food industry, anti-corrosion industry, purification industry, environmental protection equipment production industry.
