Hot cutting granulation production line

The extruder and the hot granulator are the main components of the hot-cut granulation line. The material is transformed into a molten state by extrusion plasticization, granulated by a hot-cut granulator at the die, and collected into a finished product by cooling. Among them, hot-cut granulation can be divided into air-cooled and water-cooled.
It is mainly used for hot cutting granulation of PVC, PE and other materials.
