Die flow channel structure: hanger-type flow channel

Upper lip trimming mode: manual full push type elastic fine adjustment (Fig. 1) or manual push/pull fine adjustment mode (Fig. 2)

Lower lip adjustment: The lower lip can be coarsely adjusted, removed or replaced.

The surface of the die is plated with hard chrome, and the thickness of the chrome layer on the flow surface is 0.03-0.04 mm, and mirror polishing is performed.

The mold body uses high quality die steel or imported alloy steel to increase the service life of the mold.
