The cast film unit is an energy-efficient, easy-to-operate, fully automatic cast film machine designed and developed by our company according to the latest market demand. The equipment is stable in production and high in efficiency, with an annual output of 500 tons.

The unit is composed of a combination of a main machine, a screen changer, a casting machine, a conveying table, a tractor, and a winder. Product thickness, casting width: can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Introduction of raw materials: TPU, Chinese name is thermoplastic polyurethane, also known as waterproof and moisture permeable film. TPU not only has excellent high tension, high tensile strength, toughness and aging resistance, but also is a mature environmentally friendly material. At present, TPU can be a substitute for PVC wherever PVC is used. The TPU film is a film made by a special process using TPU pellets. It inherits the excellent physical properties of TPU, and has been widely used in shoe materials, garments, inflatable toys, sports equipment for water and underwater, medical equipment, fitness equipment, car seat materials, umbrellas, luggage, leather bags and so on.
